I'm trying, still buying parts. Ordered my walbro 255ltr fuel pump and new oil pump. Need to save for pistons, valves, valve springs and retainers.

Piston ring went on #4 and seal had gone in the turbo... So thought well its winter, buy a cheap car.. And do it properly this time... Going for 300whp...

Well, not been on here in a while... D15b and turbo are in a million bits... Turbo rebuild kit is here along with new oil pump, full bottom end acl bearings and thrust washers. Eagle forged rods on there way... Just need to source some pistons. Then start piecing it back together.. I'm not good at taking photos while I work... But I can always try.

I voted for huberts hatch actually.

Its more fun being able to fly thru the corners Than go fast on a straight road.. A mix of both is just sex tho.

We shall have to wait and see how this month goes wont we.. Its a bit of fun, in my opinion on this site nobody's car is any better than the next m. There either built to their budget or just starting a project. Everyone is starting to take cotm too seriously...

Mani, turbo, intercooler, pipework,gauges, oil cooler, oil filter relocation kit, dump valve, down pipe, p28 ecu, boost controller, oil pressure sensor, water temp sensor, 550cc injectors, 255 walbro fuel pump, 2.5" exhaust system, water temp sensor adaptor, plenty of 4mm vac pipe and 4mm T pieces.and a good remap via rolling road. hope this helps... Mine might be done by Xmas and remapped either late December, early January.

For the turbo or engine swap?

Turbo vs supercharger..

Only running about 2 psi atmo to be safe till mapping.. Hopefully be running 8-10psi. Pulling out 200-230bhp. Not bad for a 1.5

A no, not yet mate, need to fit my new gaskets and spacer to the wastegate and downpipe, then look at getting bigger pump and injectors. And a new exhaust system.

Yh, but when I do post its always big changes.. Id never get anything done if I uploaded every little mod.

well im all turbo motor now, just waiting for a few more mods then get it mapped up.. down side is no matter what i try my pc wont let me load up the pics on to here, but those of you on the fb page will have seen plenty of it before now... :)
