Can someone tell me how to update my thread title??

Would getting 75.5 pistons and bore it out be cheaper... Trouble is i don't really want to take the head off... Cant help not taking cam belt off tho...

And i drive very hard and plan on a turbo on it... So probs be best... My original quote for full rebuild is starting to look cheap.. £1200.. Iv spent £630 on it now..

I know that's the down side... Going to buy a compression tester and see what it says... Mechanic says everything in head looks good... And that the valve stem seals were good but coz id bought them and he had it in bits he swapped them...new oem headgasket gone on..so no more leaks... Anyone know a rough figure for new pistons and liners... Plus bottom end bearings while iv got it in bits..

Seems the rings have gone on my d15b.. As it still smokes a bit... Its a very healthy engine other than smoke... Do i do rings and hope i don't need new pistons and liners, or just leave it to smoke???

Well it snowed at mine yesterday and from experience my ma8 on 15s was s**t in snow.... So i expected nothing more from the mb2 on 17s... But boy was i wrong... Ended up i was overtaking 4x4 cars.

We tested it and think its just stem seals.. If i do rings there's a chance i might have to change pistons and liners.
