Pretty much the same at both sides of both rear arches. More pics aren't loading tho.

I have a bit of rust on arches, could someone give me an idea of cost involved in getting rid of it in a way where it looks like it was never there? also, is this the kind of thing a local garage would do or would I need a bodywork specialist or what? cheers

Before I start taking bits off, does anyone know if this broken edge can be replaced by itself or if I need a whole wing mirror? cheers
