1. Hi, As above looking for a rusty, damaged or spares or repairs civic vti vtis mb6 or mc2 or eg Anything considered Please inbox me, cash waiting Thanks.
2. Hello just wanted to ask if anyone has been working with placing electric exhaust flap (or valve ?) on mb3 body with stock like exhaust.
3. Hi guys, This is my MC2 VTI... more to come when I get around to finishing some internal tweaks....
4. Looking for 3 of the wee covers for the ends of the interior roof grab handles if anyone has em
5. SOLD ** SOLD ** SOLD Decided that I'm not going ahead with the double din conversion on my Aerodeck so the completed centre console is up for sale. And fitted with the Xtrons Android head unit I bought. Note that head unit (although described by Xtrons as Double din) is NOT double din sized! I had to make brackets up to fit it to the console itself. Normal double din sided cage/head unit will fit the console as normal though. Please bear in mind that this panel is custom/home made, so there will be some imperfections. It does look good IMO as it is, although you might decide you want to refinish it to your own standard/level. Please also bear in mind that to fit this console to your civic, you will need to do the following: Move the heater controls and ashtray unit further down the console (easy enough to do) You will need to cut a fair bit of dash internals away to allow your new head unit/console to fit in. (There is a metal section needs removing where the single din head unit would sit.) Price wise, not sure how much this would go for as it's a none off (can't buy a DD conversion dash for our civics off the shelf). Standard console (I had to buy two to make one) cost £30 each plus delivery, so anyone want to make me offers on this (plus delivery)? If you need anymore photos let me know. The head unit will also be going up for sale, so if anyone is interested in both could make some sort of deal (only for civic5 members!). Otherwise it will go on Ebay.
6. Hey lads, Have previously put a build thread on civiclife forum but thought I'd wack one up here too for different opinions etc. Currently I have re-sprayed the grill and re-badged boot... Ive cleaned up bay, powder coated rocker cover and fitted short ram induction kit (soon to be cold air induction kit)... Removed headlight washer jets... New head unit, fusion sub and fli door speakers... Next I plan to fill jet holes in front bumper and re-spray it, along with skirts and rear bumper as they have a few dings etc. Purchased the relevant stuff for this from halfords, had a question though... If i get paint colour using cars ext. paint code... Once lacquered will it have the desired effect or will it look out of place.... The silver has a metallic shine to it but not sure if my sprayed bumpers will come out the same as not done this before? Any tips welcome please!! Here's a couple pics anyway...
7. Hi everyone, I'm quite new here and I've just picked up my first ever 1997 Honda Civic today. I'm looking for some exhaust reccomendations because I'm not sure what fits and what doesn't. I'm not looking for anything crazy just something that makes the car sound a bit more fruity and looks good when sitting under the rear bumper arch. So far though the car runs and drives lovely absolutely chuffed with it. Cheers
8. Is there a rear seat that has a three point middle belt? I think I've seen one on a Google search but can anyone confirm? And would it fit into my 1999 model as I think these were put into the later models after 1999? Cheers.
9. Hi. Been told by Dave to get some pics of my car up so here it is. And an arty one! It's a 1.6ES, so it has full leather interior, A/C, etc. I'm only the 2nd owner, so everythings as it should be! I put it into Honda to have the proper Honda front fog lights fitted, the Honda sunroof wind deflector and got an MP3 stereo too. Just wanting to change the wheels now. Love my aero to bits

13. hi guys time for a new chapter. I'll start of by saying that my old ma8 will be going to scrappers soon found some rather nasty rust and dew to rather annoying unforseen circumstances happing with my other non honda project. I dont have the time or space to work on it so i will build another in a year or so time. Now for the good news as i was gettng rid of my ma i wanted another civic as a daily as my origanl car that was going to use went up in a cloud of gear box oil and rust so i now have a mb as a daily Im going to be doing some things to her like coilovers wheels etc. Its rather clean to as it has next to no rust and has the nicer black interior. The only issues are the drivers side window doesnt work (mechanism come apart), boot doesnt shut or lock properly (previous ownwer had a fight wth something lol) can pull the latch back into place. Heres a pic of her for you guys will upload more tomorrow
14. I would like to replace the heater core (matrix) cause it is leaking coolant. For this I have to take out the heater unit behind the dash. I saw at the service manual that I have to take out the evaporator first. Does anyone know if I can take the heater core out without taking out completely the evaporator but only unscrew it and pick it up a little so as to free up the heater unit to come off? Thanks
15. Hi there, me again! I've come to sip from the fountain of knowledge as usual. So as you, I was thinking about ways to make my car better, and since my MB2 has been K-Swapped I was thinking it maybe a good idea to do more improvements to the braking. So I already got EBC discs and yellowstuff pads on the front and braided lines on both the front and rear, but now I'm thinking it maybe a good idea to do a disc conversion for the rear and then get EBC discs and yellowstuff pads for those too. I had a look around the forum about this sort of thing and I looked at the list of interchangeable parts, but from my understanding going from drums to discs requires a full hub conversion. So if anyone is experienced in this field I would like to find out what all of my options are; so from which cars can I swap rear discs into mine from? I am aware that MB's that have discs on both front and rear ususally come in the configuration of 262/260 front/rear or 262/239. I would assume 260mm discs are superior to 239mm, but I am staying away from rear discs from the MB6 and MC2 VTI's because I want to keep a 4x100 wheel pattern (unless it's easy to change). Another thing is that my MB2 does not have ABS, I'm not sure if this plays a part with seeing what options I have. So overall I just want to hear what others have to say; what you guys would recommend, which breaking cars I should keep a look out for, and what would give me the best stopping power without changing other things on my car such as the wheels. Cheers guys :)
16. Hi there, So I've returned again to pick fruit from my favourite tree of wisdom. So good news, my MB2 build is nearing to the "end" of my MB2 build, of which I'll be making a lovely post about with lots of pictures once it's done. So recently I got the Hardrace front traction brace, Hardrace rear LCA's, 18mm rear anti-roll bar for 400/45/MG ZS. So I want to get new front LCA's as well and I asked the guys at Dynodaze about fitment and they told me that rear LCA's for MB follows EK (not EG) fitment but they didn't mention what would fit the front, only saying that they'd recommend getting ones off an MB6. So I just want to see if anyone has AM front LCA's then what fits MB's? Also bonus question, in case I ever decide to go for a beefier rear anti roll bar, what fitment works with the MB2? Thank you so much guys.
17. Zex

Front lights

Hey So I have owned my mb4 for over a year now and I was wondering if the Honda Accord front lights fit on the mb4. I would appreciate it if you could tell me what parts also fit on it. Thanks
