hondamarty89 Posted April 22, 2016 Share Posted April 22, 2016 I bought a set of springs and shocks for my mb2 1.5vtec and they give a ride similar to oe springs and shocks as the rates are follows Damper rates are:0.3301 m/s velocity75mmFronts12-1300 nm rebound700 nm bumpRears750 nm rebound600 nm bump If someone could change these into kgs instead of nm so i have a better idea what the damper rates are as i dont work in nm as i dont have a clue about that side of things as its kgs etc i work in.
