I understand that if its on there it should working but if there is not one on it and you can't see where there was one should you have one?Answers on a postcard please. jalesi2001 Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 In terms of an MOT, it shouldn't fail wether its working or not, one of the many many stupid rules that make the MOT a complete waste of time in my opinion!!! Should be much stricter!! Not sure about the Police though, im sure they wouldn't bother you if there isn't any other reason to pull you over!!
