VTISmichael Posted October 3, 2010 Share Posted October 3, 2010 This is my freshly bought mb6 VTi-S I had to go a long way to get this but it was worth it! its quite clean, it has already got a 4-2-1 Stone Racing Develoment manifold with decat pipe and a full stst mongoose system, shiny inlet with filter which is quite nice and coilovers with soft/hard adjuster, i dont know the make yet but i will soon. it has a few issues the handbrake being the worst but soon as theres some gd weather ill sort it out and i couldn't be arsed to remove the number plate reg in the pics lolThe bad bits:Exhuast is now blowing a little but it sounds gd lolThe handbrake is soo poor i have to leave it in gear anywherethe drivers headlight needs cleaning or replacingthe seats are looseits in need of a service soonOil changethe front spliter need repaintingit needs to go into the bodyshop to try to sort some scratchesit needs a new clutch slave cylinderThings to come:im making a rear stst strut bracestst oil catch cannew wheelsnew vti-s bagdebeen thinking about a superchargerhigh lift camssome mugen bitsAnyway i hope u like my pics!Cheers mike 1"£££$££"!! james Posted October 3, 2010 Share Posted October 3, 2010 the hand brake is prob down to siezed rear brakesthe exhaust will stop blowing if you maby realign itwould you try just repainting the badge a new one, you wont findi love it mate.......it seats like a tiger ready to pounce nice stance imo just rightmaby mod the grill and paint the calipers would be an ideais there good light out of the ring luminators???? VTISmichael Posted October 3, 2010 Author Share Posted October 3, 2010 Well the rear calipers have twisting pitons, so ill try adjusting them first and refurb them at the same time, yeh the connection between the mid section and the rear section looks a bit bodged so ill have to sort that out. Once i get my new wheels, ill decided on the height but i rekon i would need to change itim still deciding on the grill and u wont be able to see the calipers to well with what wheels i have in mind gd light out of the ring luminations ?
