acivic Posted January 25, 2011 Share Posted January 25, 2011 Did a search on forum but I couldnt find any info on exhaust heat shield loose/rusted/rattle noise.Ive read on net that the exhaust heat shield is there for a purpose & shouldnt be taken off, so whats the correct solution for a rattling exhaust heat shield?? Rip it off I've done it on several of my civics Although, once or twice it turned out to be rattling inside the exhaust, so had no efect. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
