markheaysman
I'll not go down the supercharger route as it'll turn the car into something it 'shouldn't' be. Our vtec hondas are designed to be powerful when we want it, economical when driven sensibly. A supercharger would turn the car into a monster, but it'd be like that all of the time, whereas a turbo with boost control & a turbo lag-killing nitrous setup to spool up the turbo almost immediately would keep economical driving an option. From the little I know about superchargers they take a fair bit of grunt to drive; more than a turbo would & whilst the car'd be awesome on the strip, it wouldn't be something I'd want for a daily driver. Of course, if you only live a few miles from work (I wish I did!), who cares about economy?!Economical, Turbo charged, nitrous injected VTEC motor ?????
