Wishbone bushings bolt torque

Evening all. I'm about to install Hardrace wishbones, but the supplied nut/bolt that goes through the bushings has a plain nut, not nyloc or twin half nuts. If I torque up this nut much, the wishbone won't move freely. If I don't torque up, the nut is way too loose; enough to start coming undone completely.

I'm intending on fitting halfnuts with a bit a threadlock so I can get a solid fit whilst allowing the wishbones to freely pivot about the bushing (this is my understanding of how the movement in McPherson strut suspension should be!). Sound sensible?!
