Didjeridave
Evening all. I'm about to install Hardrace wishbones, but the supplied nut/bolt that goes through the bushings has a plain nut, not nyloc or twin half nuts. If I torque up this nut much, the wishbone won't move freely. If I don't torque up, the nut is way too loose; enough to start coming undone completely.I'm intending on fitting halfnuts with a bit a threadlock so I can get a solid fit whilst allowing the wishbones to freely pivot about the bushing (this is my understanding of how the movement in McPherson strut suspension should be!). Sound sensible?!

Didjeridave
Cheers Andy, I'd heard something along those lines before but access to the nuts with all assembled is awful. Should be enough room to dab a bit of paint & then off again to torque.
