stubrun Posted January 20, 2012 Share Posted January 20, 2012 Hey guys, I have just removed my fog lights from my car which were mint and complete, now one of them has developed a crack in the black medal surround does any one know if I can out anything on them to prevent the crack getting bigger?? I know a complete set are getting harder to get hold of and I don't want the lenses cracking and dropping out of them. Any help would be great, cheers. stubrun Posted January 20, 2012 Author Share Posted January 20, 2012 It's p**sing me off mate, I put them on and they were mint I have took them off to cover the lens with some protective film and there is a crack in the body. ( sorry couldnt resist that) if the body itself is cracked a bit of chemical metal on the inside and out of the crack should seal it and it'll be paintable too!!!
