civicturbo79 Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 so does that just bolt on to your ecu or a complete standalone management?If you buy hondata s300 you still have to buy a odb1 ecu have it socketed and have the usb port fitted to that ecu , at that point you remove your ecu and fit the new chipped one , its almost the same as going chrome but its loads more money to buy in the first place .Rich. civicturbo79 Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 You can only get odb0 and odb1 ecu software and tunning stuff as once you get to 2002 0db2 ecus can be reflashed so not need for chips to be fitted and so on, so all cars have the same sort of code so people learn how to read the lines of code make changes and replash the ecu and bang you have a map .Rich.
