Dexter
Use Honda MTF. The capacity is 1.8 litres or 2.5 for auto.

philgor
you can use landrover mtf as well, the honda manual also say's you can use 10-40 engine oil at a push
EmZvr
Transmissions before 95 should use engine oil 10W40. But all 95-.. should only use Honda MTF. After 95 tranys have steel shift forks or something like that, before they were aluminium.
hickster
Yeah 10-40 is the same grade as 75-80 (something to do with SAE conversions ). MTF has extra cleaners and stuff in it. Engine oil is fine as a temp replacement. The MTF that you use in a Honda box has to be safe for 'yellow metals' iirc as they have some brass parts in the sync?
