supertwisted
My rear speakers aren't working. Speakers look fine and head unit is new, so I'm guessing I have a break in the cable somewhere. Can anyone tell me what route the cable for the rear speakers takes through the car? Will save me pulling up all the trim trying to find it!Ta
Perconte
It should go down low by the sides.

supertwisted
Head unit is setup fine, rear speakers are intact at connections. 99% sure I have a break in the cable somewhere, just need to track it down if I can get 5 mins peace from the wife and kids! simpo
I would still say try another speaker on it just to rule it out

NIKH25
Also worth checking the back of the unit to make sure all that wiring is where it should be and were they working before you changed the HU.
supertwisted
Cheers, I might give a 9v battery a go to be sure I guess. They werent working on the original head unit either and the cabling at the harness is fine as I've checked that. I've got a meter in the garage somewhere, but it's buried under crap and kids toys! Joy of parenthood.
