supermike
Hey up guys. Does anyone know if Driveshafts on EJ's are interchangable? I.E. I can get on for a 1.6 Manual will it fit my 1.5 Auto?No one seems to list one for a 1.5 Auto, but iv seen some listed for 1.4/1.5.1.6 manual and auto.just want to be sure before i get one.Cheers
jalesi2001
Its very difficult for me to check part numbers with out VIN's or reg numbers, as if you select models, sometimes the parts catalogue will not display the full part number, as there are more than one choice.....but if i had to guess, I would say NO, they are NOT interchangeable between Man and Auto. But cant confirm, sorry bud.
supermike
Bit of a late reply, but i fitted a driveshaft the other week. I can say that all non-vtec civics have the same drive shafts whether its manual or auto. Well certainly EG, EJ anyway. Mine one came with an ABS ring but the car doesnt have ABS, but still wasn't a problem.
