jdm p72 ecu doesn't fit

sound thanks a lot, yeah going to just run it as standard ecu till ive got a few more mods then will get it chipped, not sure on what basemaps are best or anything though, nice car btw, what ecu are you running?

do me another favour mate open the ecu up and take a pic as more than likely you won't be able to chip it as on the obd2a ecu they changed everything inside and the circuit board hasn't got the part that you would normanly socket it,

Oh right il get some pictures up tonight when I get home, so I'm going to order a harness today do I need to bridge anything inside the ecu for vtec to work? If so how do I do it? Hopefully will be worth it when it's all fitted supposed to be a better map I've heard

0bd2a chip (this is the one that can't be socketed) but there is spoon and mugen etc additions for factory that has been done though big money to buy abd hard to get hold of. :shock:
