Guest Posted August 16, 2013 Share Posted August 16, 2013 I'm trying to find out if I'll have any issues with my insurance registration of my MC1. Basically my ID is registered at my parents Pub where I lived when I first got my licence and where I was registered outside of term time at Uni.Now I've finished my uni course and got a job at said institute as a researcher getting my PhD.. I have my own flat in my own name however my drivers licence still says 'Jack, Wolverhampton etc'. Will I have an issue registering/insuring my car here or should I just insure it at my old address? Would I be committing any crime insuring my car at a different address to my Licence EVEN IF the different address is my own address (still visit parents almost monthly)?The reason I ask is I'm due to move out of my apartment in September to move to a more permanent house and I don't want to swap my licence address twice!
