feck_on_a_stick
Lately I've realised that the buzzer has stopped working when opening my door if I've left my lights on. The cars definately have that feature don't they?? Or have I dreamt it? lol I've also just noticed last night that the dash light for open doors doesn't work either. Other dash lights do work such as ABS/SRS and full beam. Any thoughts? My initial thought is to check the fuses, and I'll do that when I get home later, but whilst it's in my head I figured I'd post this up incase anyone else has any experience with the same? Would the fuses be seperate for different dash lights? Anyone have a diagram of the fuse box as well? I don't think mine has a lid on it
Krzys
Does your interior light come on when you open the door? Could be the switch on the pillar in the door shut?
feck_on_a_stick
Does your interior light come on when you open the door? Could be the switch on the pillar in the door shut? Good idea. I'll check that later too. I've always had my interior light switched to never come on when the door opens. It's one of the first things I do when I buy a car. Hate lighting myself up in the dark. Don't want to scare people......
Chandler
if its the switch, its easy to do! undo it all and wet and dry it clean and moev the earth lever so its tighter to the body and connects better

feck_on_a_stick
It was the switch. I couldn't get the screw turned on the door switch to check so I covered it in WD40 and gave it a couple of taps with a hammer to help loosen it. Well bashing it fixed it lol
