Put my standard ecu back on and can hear vtec cross over just after 4k but it's very faint also noticed this is snapped off what is this lol

Anyone else have any idea why vtec would be quite stuff iv read says a intake mani induction ecu should make it louder but mines is weak

a mallet sorted my issue out though

I'll get a pic up of it but I moved my throttle bracket down a bolt to lower it a bit and the vibration went away a bit so must still be touching a little

Maybe it's the map on it as iv heard they just smooth the power across the revs?

Maybe I was expecting too much with the blox intake I know it's never gonna have the same vtec kick as the ep3s bit I would at least of thot it would be loud with that and the whales c**k

My vtec doesn't make any noise! Oil levels fine took vtec solenoid off and it looks mint, I have a whales c**k on it and just put the blox intake manifold on and thot that wouldve made more noise but nope,  my brothers deck had one on and it was really loud mines you can barely hear it?? Ran it on both standard and mapped ecu but still no noise any help

Well the bracket I ordered was for a Skunk2 and it needs the itr tb doh, so I took standard bracket off and moved it down a bit seems to be clearing the bonnet now tiny vibration through pedal at 6k but I can live with that just now lol

Lol ordered a bracket from tegiwa

Right it's on now but am still at work the mechanic that fitted it says there's a vibration thro accelerator pedal I take it this will be the throttle cable hitting the bonnet,  how do I mod the original bracket to stop this,  cheers
