Yeah did think that because if you let it warm up then slowly let the throttle cable slacked off it will idle at about 300 revs but there is no cold start thou so I still think there maybe an issue somewhere

Well got an update been driving it around and seems ok think I have worked out the idle problem just need to work out how to fix it looking at my old idle air control valve it has a 3 wire connection where as the one one the b16 has a 2 wire connection and I think this is where my problem lays. Also have been trying to get a video but only time I go out in it it's dark and the video will be sh!t lol so hopefully try and get one this weekend if the misses will stand outside and get one haha

Yeah I have it not that it rough idle it just isn't even attempting it like it not connected I am gunna try and find the colours of the wires that go to it so I can work it out

Well car coming home tonight or tomorrow morning still haven't worked out idle or engine light but Gunna run it for few days and see what it like got it all insured with Adrian flux fully comp 660 so well happy

This seems like an awesome deck it gunna fly without all that weight in it haha and glad I ain't the only one who has a problem with powerflow exhausts and arb I have exact same problem but haven't had chance to get back just been dealing with the vibration noise every now and then haha

Cheers and that one is fitted to the original adjusters in headlamp with oodem dowel haha gunna wrap tin foil around them to avoid them catching fire ( taking precautions haha) but yeah they fit good and adjust fine so that a bonus

Them dual projectors look awesome mine don't fit in aswell as that wish they just made them aftermarket would be so much easier as for vacuum pipe I'm not sure which pipe you mean lol I useless sometimes are you on about one that comes off top of tb?

Ok cool I thought it was but there no connector to go to it there and I pretty sure the connector I unsure of clips into it. As for what loom it is supposedly it is an ek4 one but I don't think it is it strange

Yeah it out of an ek4 as I know of and here it is Also on the top right of pic there a plastic valve? Black thing on back inlet what does this do? Could these things be to do with it?

I only got one vacuum pipe that isn't connected to anything. It is at the top of the tb and don't know where it goes also on the wiring for the injectors I have a plug that comes out that doesn't go anywhere I can put a pic up so you can see if it any help

Right just put my ecu in car and it now runs but engine management light on and as it not standard ecu it a p30 obd1 on a jumper harness I plugged in snap on fault code reader and it won't read ecu I also tried the scanner we got at work and that wouldn't read either I would like to know what the faults are so if anyone has any Info would be muchly appreciated.

Some idiot had changed the ht leads on dizzy and were wrong way round lol but sorted now just need to work out idling also ecu can't be read I put a p30 with a jumper harness and it won't read fault codes any help be good cheers

Woohoo it running just not idling now will have to work it out also melted the air temp sensor which was bit weird lol

Sounds fun anyway update on engine ecu in turned key but not firing waiting on some spark plugs gunna try them if not then doing an injector test god Danny engine swaps lol

That unlucky I used to have hids in mine for ages and never got stopped for them :s also they arnt self leveling I using original adjusters lol but before I go further like putting front on I gunna put in car and use the beam setter at work to make sure they ok perks of being in a trade I spose haha then was gunna carbon wrap all the chrome so it matches bonnet etc so should look good hopefully will get a pic up when the whole car is together

Well here are the projectors I making still in process of finishing them but I think will look cool when done. Would like to know what you guys think anyone ever tried something like this before?

When it up and running ill get some nice shots lol and also putting twin projectors in the new headlights will put some photos of them up later dunno if they been done before but I going for it as headlights on these things really are sh1t lol so trying to improve them haha

Cheers bud and yeah the brackets I got on mine were all wrong I ended up using an mb6 Cambelt bracket it to fit and wiring in mone was slightly wrong had to cut on of the shock tower connectors off my old engine harness and fit it to new one to fit I've kinda checked as many wires as I can to see if the colours match up and they all seem to so hopefully when I get jumper harness and plug ecu in it is gunna fire up Quick question if you put a p30 ecu in will the emissions be ok as it still gotta go through emissions test?
