  1. is there any difference between DC2 and ZS180 sway bar? i have MG's, but i need to replace drop link because of knockin soung on LCA mounting point does Integra's drop link fits or i need to find link exactly for ZS? thanx

  3. heh, i have the very same problem as you clutch is hard to press, gearshifting is difficult, especially into 3rd and 5th gear, and normaly during downshifting, but i menage to shift using clutchless shifting techniques allso, reverse gear is problem, and allso when i try to stop on parking lot or streetlight, car struggles to continue to pull because clutch is not disengaged beside this problems, i allso have shaking during slow clutch release to mention, all this happend when the car and transmision are warm. When i start any drive after long pouse, shifting works pretty much normal al this point to broken, stucked.... clutch pack, but i tried other cheaper repairs so i have changed slave cylinder, clutch fluid, bleaded system and nothing i can maybe hope that master cyl is jammed, but if it work fine, new oem exedy and big whole in my wallet are smiling to me if you change your clutch before i do, please tell me the results
  4. this is MB6/MC2 RHD rack and this is ZS RHD rack they look prety much the same to me

  6. heh, thanx mate , i thought that is some technical mark philgor - above fitting you mean exactly on connecting element between pipe and rack? even there's difference, it can be solved out by some bridge element and do you guys think that power steering pump will be strong enough to turn this rack? even on honda rack servo assistance is not to strong so i am wondering how it could work on allmost double faster rack

  8. Connectors would not be problem, it can be done. Bolt on or with small intervention, but it can be sorted out What i am interested in is that i don't know will be some fitment problems such as subframe mount points, steering column point, power steering pump... ZS rack is evolved civic rack, so i think that everything should be the same, but that is just my presumption

  10. as i said in a topic subject, i am considering the purchase of LHD ZS rack, because as i found, ZS rack is much faster (1.9 lock to lock instead 3.5 as it is on MB/MC) subframe mounting should be the same acording to pictures, but i am would like to know will LHD MC2 piping fit straight to ZS rack

  12. however, new clutch is smiling to me whether b16 and b18 cluthes the same kit, and what would i get with stage 1 clutch, beside less money in pocket
  13. slave - changed fluid - changed bubles - out of system better shifting - zero progress
  14. hehehe, loud and clear, i'll do that today how to drain system from old fluid, and how properly to bleed it? last time i was doing bleeding on bleed valve on slave cyl. Should i do that also on master, or the slave is the lowest system point?
  15. i've changed slave, and nothing positive i didnt achieve at first ride clutch was soft, and gear change precisious and without delays, but later, old problems came back but i have noticed that when is warm outside, or when i warm, or even torture car for a while, gear change become very bad can it be old fluid, not properly bleaded system, dead master cyl (which shows no oil leaks) or the new clutch set is my next investment
  16. why to bleed it, he didnt openned oil circle anywhere he just physically adjusted pedal depth
  17. i just came from my friend mechanic i bought new slave cylinder today, but he refused to change it because old one is free from any oil leaking, and by his opinion fully functional by simple adjusting of clutch pedal he menaged to get little softer, and much confortable and convincing pedal feedback and allso menaged to significantly improve gear change, but still i have little gears rubbing feel on gearknob kombined with not so liquid gear change which is manifested with little delay between gears, especially on high revs should i replace the slave cylinder anyway? can be bad gear knob linkage geometry, because one engine mount is dead? or you after all pointing your finger on the clutch set? p.s. i hope that my sentences structure is not pretty bad
  18. great news but, this morning on my way to work i felt little shaking during easy pedal release. do you think that plate is dying slowly, or it can be connected with this cylinder and rust problem? cylinder wil be changed or repaired, this stifness is iritating me, but i would like to know should i replace clutch kit too?
  19. after short research, i have founded that conversion was not so good idea :), so looking for 4x114 wheels was again my occupation few days later i became an 4x114 7,5x16" et40 Azev A owner and can't hardly wait for them to arive they have 225/45 zr16 tires on them will they fit under arches or i should look for a new footware?
  20. thanx in 10 days i will probably remove the gearbox, so this will be the first thing to be checked for now, i am just collecting potencial causes such as UnicyclingTom's suggestion can be one of cylinders? both of them are dry and i have no oil loss
  21. Since i bought my deck VTi i had stiff clutch pedal, which was annoyung after driving of other hydraulic clutched cars, but functional. Suddenly, after one long ride 2 months ago, i got bad gear s**tfing I menage to drive car till this day, because i know clutchless driving metods whic is helping me to change gears without krrrr noises, but the car is not drivable and i want now to soften this stupid hard pedal feedback and improve gear shifting Definitely from some reason, plate offset is not enough to divide engine and gearbox. Plate grip is still excelent, and grab point is somewhere on the middle of the pedal, but when i want to change gear or stop, i feel that gears are not free from engine. Where to look, what to change, check, lubricate....
  22. great, thnx i just asked in case that i should look elsewhere
