thats cos it was cheap i thought red hoses but unless i have them made its guna be hard to find the bends i want ? and to have them made it wont be cheap !

ok couldnt help my self i wanted to see wot the rad cover looked like so i put it in place and took sum pics i also fitted the brake vacume pipe . so wot do you guys think

think youve hit it on the head there mate with the bushs as for the difference they have made the gear change more like slotting gears together with a stick and so far he hasnt missed a gear the gears ar so much easyer to select now

the linkage bushes was also off ebay they were £19.80 + 3.75 p+p from racing xs but iv just seen that tegiwa online are doing similar ones for £15 + 3.50 p+p i will tell you that we fitted the same ones but in black to my mates deck and now there is quite a bad vibration through the gear stick at around 7000 rpm ?

ye i cant wait to feel the cluch my self heres a few more pics ! iv painted the power steereing pump also started braiding the pipes .so far iv done the brake vacume pipe its not as easy as it looks iv had the braiding kit for some time now but couldnt get the hang ov it until last night it also come with red nut/covers to hide the jubalee clips . thats it for now more to come soon

yes andrew i think there on the mb6 aswell here a few pics so far ov the radiator cover . i still need to drill the holes to mount it and give it a little tidy up but you get the idea iv give it the brushed effect but you cant realy see it in the pics . i also gave the power steereing pump a coat ov paint.

thanks again iv been bizzy today too .iv made a bracket/cover for the radiator top .i havnt finnished it yet so you will have to wait for pics my heads full ov ideas at the min but i need to calm down as this build could go on for ever

the only fault with the aerodeck in my opinion is sourcing parts ? other than that mines been bullet proof minus the honda faults (ie) heater speed 1 and 2 and the front left abs censor . apart from that its probably the best car i ever bought

iv not let the snow put me off and got a bit more done tonight ! i managed to get the filler neck welded to the radiator today also sourcing some coolant hoses . and cut the peice out ov the cross member for the rad cap to fit . and finaly i painted vti on the rad as i couldnt help my self heres a few pics . i know its not perfect but you wont see it for the two front mounted fans

thanks lads it has been cold but worth every minute as for the scooby rad i did order one for the civic from ebay but they sent me this one ! at first i spat the dummy out but then thought f#ck it .the rad i orderd was £89 and the scooby rad was £169 so that was goodenough for me. also they come with low power slimline fans civic rad (one) fan/ scooby rad (two) fans plus will make the engine run cooler with all the paint on it

ok then here we go i bought a few more things to add to the list . new goodies HAMP oil filter/ chrome nuts for the rocker cover/ a F1 stage 2 cluch kit/ subaru turbo uprated alloy rad/ and a few more things that i will add wen i remember i painted the engine bay satin black (stone chip) to make the wires pipes and other bits and bobs blend in so that the chrome/red/and gold on the engine and other parts realy stand out so far i am realy pleased with how its turned out .had a couple ov issuse that need sorting other than that its been fun to do and in the end so rewarding to see a clean bay . so heres a few pics a few pics ov the tired valves polly D bush i also had the fly wheel skimmed thats it for pics so far i will post more as i go . couple ov things to do is make pipe work for radiator/ make spacer for down pipe and a couple other things to . so wot do you peeps think so far

mine does the same noise but iv put it down to the induction kit . check the air intake system for leaks or holes as this may make a noise ? mine sounds like a dyson hoover

thanks rich iv never had poly bushess before as never had owt worthy i was thinking ov going full poly ! but thought about it and decided to mix poly and rubber . next is the D bushess on the front anti roll bar .

yet more goodies thought id buy some more red bits for the deck i bought red poly bush kit for the gear linkage and red poly (ARB) drop links ! i fitted the gear link bushess earlyer and my alluminium short shifter going to fit the drop links when i start on the subframe . also i found a alloy lid off ? so i thought it would clean up the vtec selanoid a bit i think im going to go red for the colour theme
