No idea when i will get to fit these but cant wait to have a drive and feel the difference. Gona have to put my original VTIS rear bumper and skirts on first though or my car will be on the floor! Anyone know how to set up the camber arms?
  2. holy hell that was fast! Cant wait for these now

  4. Alrite folks sorry for late relpy, been bit busy. Good news though, everything is sorted. Here is what jerrick has sent me. Hello George, You can place your order here: http://www.cyberspee...ex&cPath=70_150 On check out, enter the voucher code CIVIC5GB that will apply 15% off the coilovers. Please put the forum name on the note when placing the order. Once all orders are pay for, I will get them shipped out. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Best Regards, Jerrick All seems nice and simple. Order what you want, enter the code and bobs your uncle. As soon as all orders are placed we will get out new toys, so hopefully everyone can order them pretty soon.
  5. They have adjustable damping so you can stiffen the ride that way. These ones are also designed for the Mb6 so are a direct bolt on, other ones may need a bit of sorting out to make them work well.
  6. Hey Hey nice one guys! I will let jerrick know that there is now enough people and see what he says. Not sure yet how the order will be placed but like matty1 one said a order code sounds like the most likely option. Will PM him now and wait for his response. Nice work convincing the mrs nick, im not even gone tell my one and just pray to god she dnt notice
  7. 1. Dave 2. Gilman 3. 4. 5. Getting myself the front and rear camber arms and lower control arm too ahhh cant wait! Come on folks, such a good deal you dnt wana miss out!!
  8. I had my pirates black VTIS completely resprayed in Audi white. The only bit that was left black was the engine bay. I knew the guy who did the job and trusted him cos he had done a few other bits for me in the past but nothing this big. He quoted me £2500 for the full respray, fit new side skirts, fit rear bumper extention, smooth in the VTIS front lip and flush the boot. (i stripped out the interior myself) Got a few other prices just to compare and they were around £4500! this was way to much for me so went for the cheaper one. All in all he did a very good job, its not completely perfect but thats me being overly critical. Very good for the price though compared to the other quotes. It all depends on the people doing it and how much your prepared to pay to spray a car worth just over a grand. Make sure the place has an oven though, it will never get done rite without it.
  9. Group buy for meister coilovers is now avalible in the suspention section, 15% off + free shipping. 5 people are needed for the deal, i am getting some and i think dave is getting some so only need 3 more names.
  10. Thanks man. They really do stand out, even the standard ones driven by some old lady. Maybe cos there aint many white ones around or something. My one may be the only white VTIS out there, as they were all black and now only about half of them are left still running.
  11. Good new all. Have been talking to Jerrick at MeisterR about doing a group buy on his coilovers (any car, not mb restricted). If 5 people agree to order coilovers from him he will do them with 15% discount + free shipping. MB coilovers retail at £749 on their website, with the discount it brings that price down to £636.65 thats a saving of £112.35!! If anyone is interested in taking advantage of this saving just put your name down and I will contact him when there is enough people.
  12. Ok folks good news I have managed to get the 10% discount on the whole package which i think is pretty good. He also said that if i can get 5 other people to buy coilovers (for any car not just mb) he will make it a 15% group discount! Where is the best place to post this so everyone interested can see? sorry if thats a stupid question but not done this before.
  13. Yeah will do. If he comes up with something good maybe i could talk to him about lowering it even more if a few people agree to buy the same deal at the same time.
  14. Cheers tom Started talks with Jerrick now about ordering coilovers. He is doing coilovers with 10% discount + free shipping at the moment so thats £674 which seems pretty good. Now waiting to hear from him on a deal for coilovers, rear lower control arm, rear camber kit and front camber kit
  15. Ahh man that is a damn shame! sounded like a good one. Another quick question, who is the best person to talk to on her about getting a set of the meisterR coilovers? Wana make sure i am ordering the rite ones
  16. I did look into getting a japspeed one. They seem good for the price and nearly bought one until i saw my mates one, its less than a year old but one of the welds has cracked already. It put me off a bit, that is basically why i am asking what people think because i dont want to base my choice on one persons experience.
  17. Dont really have a budget in mind, obviously want value for money but defiantly wont be putting any budget parts on it. Gota treat her rite
  18. Wow not been on here for a while, everything has changed! new site looks nice, really clean looking. Not much to report on the car at the moment, been to busy with work to get anything sorted. A few decisions have been made though. My original vtis rear bumper is going back on and a set of MG ZS side skirts. This is because i am going to get a set of the MeisterR coilovers so it will be to low with the ones on at the moment. Also getting a custom 2.75" exhaust system made with a sports cat because i still wana pass MOT without messing about. Can anyone recommend a good tried and tested 4-2-1 manifold though because there seems to be a lot of choice out there and want to make sure its rite?
  19. Thanks for the good comments folks I will be getting rid of the lock but at the moment its my work car so easier to have it there cos i am in and out of the boot all the time. Will eventually get an alarm fitted with remote locking so will have a boot release added to it, then i can have it completely smoooooth
  20. Nice clean looking deck there mate, love the wheels. Getting rid of the air con is a good idea, we do live in england after all. Easy to rip out?
  21. ok folks here are some pictures of how it stands at the moment. Whats been done since last time: all the interior is back in sony head unit and 6x9s in parcel shelf number plates back on and rear one wired up will LED bolts climair wind deflectors front grill back on black mesh in rear bumper team dynamic pro race 1.2 alloys with Falken ZE914 tyres metal civic door plate things (the name escapes me) endless list of mods to come, but all in good time
  22. Do that, it's not fair to tease us with all this new stuff and not show it off. haha dont worry i will. nice and sunny today so gona do a few bits and take some pictures to put up tonight.
  23. x2 if they came off an mb6 mate they should fit unless someone before u who owned the car had the hubs changed on ur old mb6? My old KEI racing ones have the 4x100 and 4x108 stud patterns on them so dnt fit my 4x114 VTIS. shame but got new ones now any way that i like even more. just gona sell the old ones. wish i could get on the selling section, bet i am missing out on loads of great parts i could use. need to do more posting!
  24. rite, bit of an update. respray completely finished and all the little bits touched up. all the interior is back in. old head unit in the bin and new sony one put in and 6x9's in the parcel shelf. climair wind deflectors on all four windows team dynamic pro race 1.2 alloys with falkon tyres all starting to look pretty sweet, will get some pictures up soon!
