aha! getting new tyres fitted in the morning

I don't know about 70, but at 80 it sits just before 4.5k which is where I tend to keep it on the motorway!

So I bought some new wheels, but now I can't get them onto the car They seem to go on fine, but the wheel nuts can't fit into the hole thats on the wheel with enough room to actually get the wrench back on...maybe I need to change the bolts to longer ones? The centre cap is smaller too so I think the bore might be smaller but it seems to go on fine? Wheels are Inovit st6 Does anyone know what I need to do/buy to get these wheels on??

ok the tyres are definitely not good enough to be putting on so fitting has been postponed for now... heres a teaser of how they will look I think the tyres might be a bit big what size do people think? the ones on them now are 205/55/16.

I was covered to drive my car home when I bought it as technically it still belonged to someone else! Check your insurance policy but most say that you can drive other cars so long as they are under a certain engine size and not yours. Mine was 2L max til I was 25 now I can drive any car as long as its not mine.

well its £20 to ship a gear knob from the UK to here so who knows what wheels would be. plus I need to keep the costs down so its just a matter of waiting for another nice set to come up over here! that or respray my wheels myself...

Only places in Ireland the shipping from the UK can be a bit extreme I can only imagine what it would cost to ship wheels over here. I've only got €250 to spend. donedeal.ie, adverts.ie, few different Irish car forums.

Second hand I'm on a budget! The wheels are on a mivec colt now but I think they have fairly similar fitment.

I'm looking at new wheels and wondering what fits? Was looking for 96 spec wheels I think they need a spacer? And a set of rota auto x just came up for sale they are et40 would they need a spacer also?

yea think i paid 20 for mine, can't see any right now on ebay but it doesnt always show me UK only items looking lower? double engined aerodeck! its a 1.8 GSR for my mates colt also my back box has rusted through now as well, but I have it replaced now with a mb one with an extra bit of pipe on so it'll do for now!
