    small update also one of my break calipers seems to be getting a bit sticky

    Yay! Having owned an Astra (mk2 Estate), I know how that must feel! mine was a mk4 saloon. it was ok as cars go but much happier now

    It was more due to the fact that I bought my Aerodeck and didn't have to drive my astra anymore

    only once, and that only if I am going in early before the traffic starts! which is most days. all the roads on the way to work are supposed to be 50/60kph though

    Nah its a 1.8 too, the engine is the same as in the 1.8 vti its just got the body kit, floor mats, few other fancy bits
