Yay! Having owned an Astra (mk2 Estate), I know how that must feel! mine was a mk4 saloon. it was ok as cars go but much happier now

It was more due to the fact that I bought my Aerodeck and didn't have to drive my astra anymore

I need to start cycling to work again too, I stopped when driving became more fun

Nah its a 1.8 too, the engine is the same as in the 1.8 vti its just got the body kit, floor mats, few other fancy bits

Thanks Easy job? first time I've ever taken my car apart still it went well thanks to the guides on here 1"£££$££"! Theres already a K&N filter in there when I bought it so happy days Sounds nice now then, little bit of roar. Yep not too loud but a nice bit of noise
