  1. Yes it has a spoiler but no sunroof and has drum brakes and no abs lol
  2. Yeah thats where my connector is. Took out the ecu today, according to pgmfi its actually running as an obd1 ecu { the code on the ecu is pj1 } and is mapable. However I have now taken the actual ecu apart and it doesnt have any options to socket it so must be a different / later version of the p1j found below. See here : http://wikitest.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/view.pl/Library/P1J ps : It has a obd2A harness to the ecu.
  3. Nope drum brakes non abs non sunroof but does have half leather interior :/
  4. Just wanted to post my find. I have a 2000 1.4i S mb2 and it also has the full size connector also, works with torque on android a dream.
  5. Really appreciate your comments etc, but get this, ive actually located a full size obd2b connector on the mb2 and torque worked instantly :/ I was mistaking the abs connector {next to the 2 pin service connector } for the diag connector. I must have a really late model 1.4i mb2 for it to work? My car sure is a strange one, I cant find a rear wheel bearing anywhere and neither can the motorfactors, none fit so far.
  6. Havent had chance to look at it just yet will try this weekend.
  7. Hmmm yeah it seems the sport has the half leather seats etc
  8. Bumping a thread sorry but is there any update to this? Has anyone got the ecu talking yet? On cars that have the 5pin connector are the adapters working ?
  9. Okay thanks for confirming guys, managed to jack the car up and have a look and there are no wires coming from the rear brake area, and also made sure no abs ring on the hub, so yeah defo no abs it seems. Thanks
  10. Rediculous, I know. As the title says, one thing I didnt notice when I got the car is the button assembly is totally knackered, the one.next to the headrest on the back seat. All the plastic has come out and there are no buttons or rods or anything sticking up out of the hole to grab or push. Any Ideas? Anyone else had this problem? Thanks
  11. Hi everyone , can you help? My 2000 civic has brake drums on the rear, cant see an abs relay box near the air filter and there are no abs lights on the dashboard that I can see. Do you think its a non abs model? I need to buy a wheel bearing asap and needed to know for that reason. Im guessing the bearing/hub is the same for drum brakes as discs? Regards Mark
  12. Infact ive now found it on the net, couldnt find it on this site though ? Typical after all this searching and I find it now lol.
  13. Hey everyone, do any of you have or have links to optional extra brochures for the facelift civic 5? Ideally would like to see info on stuff that isnt a vti, as my car isnt a vti Would be interesting to see any bodykit options, wheels, interior accesories etc etc. ps : I found this for the first gen , very interesting , make sure you click next as there is the whole brochure : http://www.flickr.com/photos/63416089@N06/14568187168
  14. Wondering what the difference between the Civic i S and Civic i Sports were? They seem to have an identical engine and from what I can see everything else except a badge on the rear? Anyone care to enlighten me?
