Winter tyres could also be causing your issues.
Like already mentioned by Daniel.....try swapping the front wheels with the back ones.
If you still have no joy it's time to start looking at your drive shafts.

The Thread is 12 months old so I doubt you'll get a response from the original poster.
Could be any of the regular suspects already mentioned.
If it were me ....I'd start by cleaning all engine earths.

The rear brakes do very little work (maybe 30% or thereabouts} therefore they'll be more than adequate imo
