philgor Posted April 26, 2016 Author Share Posted April 26, 2016 I finally got round to ringing the repair company, was busy yesterday at work as we had clients from holland over to look at what we do. By midday today, I'd had enough of waiting for them to ring me so I rang them. Got told as it's a write off, my case has been handed back to the insurance Co. Also been told it's a cat C write off aswell. So really not impressed. I also voiced my concerns about the customer service, or lack of it. As I've had to chase them up all the time.
