Has anyone changed the alternator bearings, I have a MA8 1.4i 90HP, wanted to know the measures of bearings, can not be to stop the car for need it to work and wanted to order everything, in my country is a steal this kind of reconditioning parts. Dave Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 I wasn't aware the alternator was a serviceable part? Usually if something fails in it it's a lot easier to just change the complete unit.
