stoatman
Well here is a picture , nothing else was in the box. Where are the other rubber bush bits ??.Is this acutally the right piece , this is new to me but the end actually waggles around just like a ball joint. Is this supposed to happen ??CheersChris
jalesi2001
Yep, its ment to move around, its like a ball and socket joint. The rubber bushes go on the shaft on either side of the lower arm, it will be more obvious when you look at yours bud!!

stoatman
Sooooo , I ordered the proper ones of the ebay link . Hurray they are the right ones. Had them fitting with some genuine honda front pads - crikey they are dear !!- to try and solve the knocking problem I descibed in an earlier thread I started. Anyway after an interesting drive with mechanic to try and distinguish noise he took car away for a good look. (Sometimes you get really sensitive to knocks and creaks and then another person can hardly hear them !!).Turns out in the end that my rear caliper pins on one side had a little play on them and were clicking/clunking and a slider pin with moves when the brake pedal is depressed is also loose and rattling about. Both things were reset with copious amounts of copper grease and voila no noise anymore !!. Woohoo , pads were dear but worth it I think, at least I know they fit well anyway.Soo , if anyone has wierd knocking/clunking at the front and all suspension seems tight and true then check out this pin thing !!.
