Wolfmother
Where do people get parts from for their Mb's? Euros is good for basic things but I'm currently struggling to find auxiliary belts for when I do the cambelt / waterpump.
0 dr_broon
Japserviceparts.co.uk is good for the vti as lots of service stuff for the dc2 will be right for the B18c4. They're pretty good price wise as well. Tegiwa are pretty good as well, and can help with sourcing stuff, even if they don't have it on their website. https://www.parts-honda.uk/ or lings are good for finding out what the oem price or part number is. Even if they don't have it (or the price is not good) the part number is your friend
0 Wolfmother
Thanks for the reply. I've got an mx5 and finding parts for that is ridiculously easy, lots of sites dedicated to spare parts. Doesn't seem as straight forward as that for my mb, would like to keep it going as long as possible.
0 dr_broon
Rimmerbros is another option for some things, for mgzs or rover 400, but it's tricky finding out / guessing which parts will be okay. Another thing to think about is if your engine is the same as any other civic.
