dr_broon
can anyone help me with this one? I read somewhere (in an article on the net) that the reason honda called the aerodecks what they have (civic and accord) is because of their good aerodynamics (slippy, not downforce), but I've never found anything else since. It sounds like it might be true because of the shape hybrids tend to be at the back, but wondered if anyone knew for certain either way.cheers. Dave
On Civic5 your questions are answered lol. I assumed it was a word the meant "estate" or "tourer". However, after checking the net, it's listed in wiki as "name used by Honda to describe its estate/station wagons in the 90's" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Car_body_styleI think I might have to add a bit into that on wiki though, as the name aerodeck was used by saab (they had the saab "aero" and I think they called their estates "aerodeck" aswell) Brought to you by your favourite Civic M owners club!! lmao
