jal09
1) brought the car completely standard in 2007, first thing i did was tinted it so it can stand out. http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/8363/43620122.jpg 2) Added clear side repeaters http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/7610/40597662.jpg 3) The Mb6 are pretty jacked up in suspension wise, so i taught it needs a drop, I decided to try the Koni Shocks & Koni springs, koni springs were cutted off 4 coils each spring from the seller who I brought it from, this gave a drop off 70-80mm! http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/8820/81949919.jpg4) more pics of the drop! http://img93.imageshack.us/img93/2717/65321727.jpghttp://img243.imageshack.us/i/96631716.jpg/http://img182.imageshack.us/i/49617499.jpg/5) de-chromed the front grill, sprayed in satin black http://img43.imageshack.us/i/28964759.jpg/http://img43.imageshack.us/i/54420445.jpg/http://img204.imageshack.us/i/95542276.jpg/6) Misses kept complaining about how low the car is!!! so i had to put it back on standard springs until i got some new springs. http://img338.imageshack.us/i/37694485.jpg/7) I decided to go for the Eibach pro-kit springs which gives a drop off around 35mm, at the same time i painted the calipers gold.http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/3810/65062696.jpg/http://img43.imageshack.us/i/33486205.jpg/http://img43.imageshack.us/i/76866642.jpg/8) I taught it was time to bring some life in those wheels, re-sprayed in hammerites gloss black.http://img269.imageshack.us/i/22127387.jpg/http://img139.imageshack.us/i/75584829.jpg/http://img194.imageshack.us/i/42563679.jpg/http://img9.imageshack.us/i/62880673.jpg/9) De-chromed the rearhttp://img102.imageshack.us/i/76492584.jpg/http://img107.imageshack.us/i/25893580.jpg/10) Other pictures of my civichttp://img102.imageshack.us/i/38201542.jpg/http://img216.imageshack.us/i/22884039.jpg/http://img512.imageshack.us/i/68642781.jpg/http://img86.imageshack.us/i/60130566.jpg/http://img441.imageshack.us/i/14042009207.jpg/http://img291.imageshack.us/i/14042009210.jpg/

m4rkvti-s
Nice car mate. im currently rocking the 70mm rear 80mm front drop. But on coilovers lol! Its such a nice height for the MB. But yeah mate you did right getting rid of the cut springs tbh, i can imagine the ride and handling would have been pretty bad! I'm loving those speedlines also and i want to dechrome mine aswell as it looks alot better!
