UKCivic Posted March 20, 2011 Share Posted March 20, 2011 Yes Wilkesy's right, the Rover 400 door mirrors are a completely different shape and design although the complete mirror assembly is changeable onto our Civics as I've got them on mine. I prefer the Rover design and they seem to be made of a stronger plastic than the fragile Civic one's which seem very prone to cracking if slightly knocked. And even if you completely destroy one breakers yards are full of Rovers at the moment so they're cheap and easy to find. The only slight downside is that if colour coding the Honda mirrors easily dismantle for painting whereas the Rover ones don't so will need to be masked up.
