pjw
I bridged the jumper in the diagnostic plug, under the dash today, and all i got was the EML on constantly, no flashes. Is this indicative of no codes, or something wrong along the way?
johngreen537
Means you've not bridged the right pins mate.ECL light stays on contstantly till you start the engine, unless you bridge the right pins.Have another go

KiNK43
yes thats it. i think there are two blue conncetors there surrounded by a clear plastic thing.its the two pin female connector, stick a bit of wire or a paperclip across pins. and turn ignition to II.
