mrwall
guy on my site bought the parts and made his own typhoon style for £60 ish!ok so .£25 for the two pieces of aluminium http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWNX:IT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.£7 for a silicone joinerhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SILICON-HOSE-STRA ... 5637087a7a" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.£39 for K&N RU-3130 , from opie oils http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-68795-kn-ru ... ilter.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Oh yea and some size 5 jubilee clips, i had two lying around but these are pennys http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Total - £ 71 All prices include delivery. Not bad considering the K&N typhoon is around the £200 mark.the two pieces of aluminium were 410mm once measure they both ended up being about 300mm long.first piece 85mm & 60mm off each end.second piece 60mm & 70mm off each end ( i think ill check my notes )then just filed the edges & abit of wet and dry paper to make it silky smooth and then stuck it all in.easy peasy pudding and pie :good: *big tip* take the bumper off first hahaha much easier. i couldnt be bothered but i managed in the end :good: so heres some pics :good: the k&n  deffinately much more responsive now :good: seems to pull harder and noise is just :hyper: romance explosion noise also by using the original first rubber part of the intake the heat soak from the engine doesnt seem to transfer to the aluminium, after a good drive it was still very cool afterwards :good: this is a 7th gen accord K24 though don't forget!!!
