Hello there. I own a civic 5'door '97 mb1 1.6l (pre face lift)

I want to fit the front lip, side skirts and rear lip from the VTi-s.

Do they fit?

I suppose the sideskirts yes.

But the front and rear?

Thanks

Side skirts yes

front and rear lip no you will need the bumpers to , but to get the bumpers on im sure the wings bonnet and headlights have to be changed to . Rich.

Thank you my friend.

I understand this. I thought with some minor modifications, I would be able to fit the front and real lip.

But I see that I need the front and rear bumber and all this stuff.

One aother question.

Could fenders (wings), bonnet and headlights from facelift model fit to the pre-facelift?

Many many thanks

its likely you'd have to change the slam pannel too

Thanks for your answer.

But I've read somewhere in forum that lips from VTi or VTi-s (MB6) do fit to all MB's.

I suppose they were referring to MB's facelift models. Mine (MB1) is prefacelift, am I right?

Thanks

isnt your car a ma?

No...Mine is Mb1.

Although it's chassis type is MB1, it has the older style bumpers as MA, but painted. The MA had 1.4l engine while the MB1 had 1.6l engine (d16Y3 (LS, 113 ps) and D16Y2 (SR, 126ps).

So, will a VT-i spoiler fit to my bumper? Will I need modifications?

I saw here in forum 2 guys with Mb1 having front lip. The one said it was the original one for MA and MB1.

The other said he bought the car with the lip on and he couldn't recognize from which type of civic was.
