i have been in contact with h-tune and they asked energy what is the correct poly suspension kit for the m civic and they say its this one http://h-tune.co.uk/store/index.php?rou ... uct_id=310
If its wrong, (Which is shouldn't be, as Energy know what they are talking about) I can do you a refund. But only if the bags are unopened. (So its re-sellable basically)

i have the strongflex red ones....only thing is the antiroll bar bushes wont fit. made for different style drop links...so far no probs at all. been through 1 winter allready. good as standard. id imagine the yellow are more sturdy.

Yellows on mine (soon to be replaced with Hardrace rubber though), they were good and firm when they went on, but I don't rate them now (near 10k later) & THE SQUEEKS, THE SQUEEKS!! Funny, the ARB links were fine in the kit I was sent; do you mean the straight type Naz?

Stick with rubber IMO on UK roads!

thanks for the advice, but the ride quality cant really get much worse in my car! suspension is sooooo firm.

just thaught that poly bushes would last better thats all. maybe i was wrong!

it very difficult to have comfort and still be able to have looks and handling. mine now suffers terrible understeer on standard MG shocks n springs. but comfort and speedbumps no problems. actually feels better to drive overall especially when pedal to the metal with no worries of the car pounding the bumps and potholes. but go back again and i would love to put my chronos back on. if i run in to some more money next year then its a full blown suspension set up. Meister R with all the camber adjusters etc.

my car handles great normally although it has progressively turned into a dog in the corners, hence why investigating the bushes and found the lower arm slops side to side a fair bit. the bush has nakard completely.

i have now found mg zs bushes for dirt cheap and from my research they are poly as standard from the factory as an upgrade over the rover version. so they should do the trick i believe.

yep, the straight type are on the GSR. as for the squeaks. they should of supplied a few grease tubes, green stuff... when i had koni streets on my old EG9 i had the squeaks on the upper strut mounts...so annoying....thats a special grease they supply and you practically gunge the bush inserts and inner and outer walls of the bush.
