beastgtir
exhaust manifold you can use, all b-series are interchange-able.the thing with putting a b18c or b16 head on is a couple of water pipes need re routing, there are a couple of other bits that need doing aswell...a cheaper alternative would be just to slap in b18c cams, skunk 2 intake manifold. less work and would probably give you the same gains (after a remap)..i think the type r head only flows about 15 per cent better, you could just port and polish your own. other differences are valve springs i think and a few other minor bits! -- lot of work swapping them over when you can get similiar results just camming it and aftermarket intake n throttle body or original one polished and bored out. choice is yours,
