jamal
Not really....If I do go for the de-cat option I wouldn't go for 2" bore then. My cat-back exhaust is 2.25" flange fit. Anyway to have 2.5" manifold with a decat going to 2.25" exhaust?
jamal
Think found what I was looking for.http://www.hondaperformanceparts.co.uk/ ... _CRX_88-00This should work with 2.5" bore manifold and 2.25" catback exhaust right?

jamal
I think I have found all the parts I will need for the mod:Connector http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220783509427? ... 26_rdc%3D1This should hopefully let me connect 2.5" manifold with 2" standard cat. I have also found 2.5" and 2" Flanges2.5"http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220566379656? ... 26_rdc%3D12.0"http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320491817365? ... 26_rdc%3D1I am a bit confused about how I am going to mod the flanges. What is the best way to do this mod?

jamal
I was thinking of having flanges on the connector sleeve and then connect it to the one with cat or manifold. Do you think you need both flanges on either side of the connector sleeve to hold it securely or just one will do while other side is held with clamp on the connector? It would be much easier to get one side welded before attaching it.
noodels
what ever easiest best to get as much welded b4 fitting can always get it tacked later when its fully fittedif prob with leakage, needs to be adjustable to give adjustments thats the main issue tbh.have fun
