ShortySco Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 I think the aftermarket steering wheel people wire a resistor where the airbag used to be, to keep other systems working and the other airbag working.I'm sure the same would apply to the passenger airbag but have no idea how or what rating of resistor to use.The resistor tricks the system into thinking the airbag is still connected. Honda do a plug that you can plug into the wiring loom, its used for diagnosing SRS faults with a resistor already fitted to it. Dont know if they would sell you one over the counter though.
