Goodwin10
Hi guys, my mb6 sometimes hesitates to rev, then it jerks and revs fine. But this only happens while driving, if I rev the engine while stationary it revs fine... Any ideas what's wrong?
weetec
had some similar posts before, might be collapsed baffles in the exhaust.
dr_broon
does it happen when you've driven the car and got it up to temperature, then leave it for 20-30 mins, and it happens for a few mins after you start driving it again?if so, mine does that, has done for 6 years, is no better or worse than it was and I haven't tracked down what it is - it's as if the choke is out when it's already warm (if it was 20 years ago )someone's suggested the engine temp sensor, but haven't had it checked yet. kern
check injectors, had a similar prob, turned out to be a loose connection!
civicturbo79
It will be the o2 sensor if its there on part throttle and then gone on full throttle then its the o2 sensor and the the car does not run on the o2 sensor over 70% throttle so thats why it clears .Rich.
