Probs selling up.

So yesterday I went down to a friends and we got started on fitting the skunk 2 intake mani, it took a good 2 hours to fit, was a bit of a pain. Anyways after fitting it I was on my back and I could smell fuel so pulled over and had a little look under the bonnet and all my injectors were pouring out fuel. So I pulled them out and turns out the O ring on the injectors were all torn. So phoned up the Rac and got back home for 9pm.

Anyways this morning got it all fixed with some O rings and it's all good now, gotta say there is difference up top end, but I need to sort out a remap for it!

Any1 know what options I got or how I should go about this?

Chipped/Socketed Ecu need 1st (p72,p28,p30) ;)

So gotta find a p72 ecu that's chipped already with most of the mods that I got done already.

p72 are rare to find so be easier to get a p30 send it to h tune to do it take it your running single stage vtec with the new inlet yeah?

Be careful with h tune. They are useless! Unfortunately there's not many places to go.

they couldn't even get the pinout right on an ecu that they adapted for me. After weeks and weeks of no reply and no one answering phone they gave me the aswers and were wrong had to figure it out myself.

cheers for all the info Mr knight, i think im running single vtec now but havent got a clue really. im gonna have to look into it a bit more. i was looking on ebay and found this one

That's alot of money man.

So you got a skunk2 intake yeah?

Then youve got single vtec now.

So basically a p72 is pointless as you dont need to activate iabs.

a socketed p28 is gonna be the best option, perfect plug and play nd cheapish..

Ok so buy a p28, then get a base map chip, then I can take it to someone who can make a map specifically for my car?

Do you know how much these old b18c4 manifolds sell for? Might stick it up on eBay so just looking for a guide price.
