mcjacko1987 Posted March 8, 2013 Author Share Posted March 8, 2013 sorry it took so long but as promised.... the m3..... kyekye im not big on beamers but all I know is its a 3 series, was a 318i but had the m3 engine chucked in it anyways, pics.....how he got itand our workso new wings, didnt come with a front bumper so I had to sand a purple one and get that painted, calipers painted red, angel eyes, grills and grill suround painted too.wheels paintedbonnet off, car masked, and the matte paint beginsroof maskedpaint onfinished product. also with carbon mirrors, new bmw centre caps n m3 alloy wheel badges tinted rear light.we tried with black spoiler, but decided to paint it back red as it breaks things up at the back. funny how just a resprayed bumper and wings has led to a full paint job. previous owner had resprayed it but the shade of red was way off the original bmw red we sprayed the bumper and wings hence why we ended up doing the full lot. its a better red though, more glossy and deaper hope you like it. will get more pics on tuesday once the buckets are fitted and its had a wash.oh we found a fault on the spinning frame with the fez and leaving it outside.....in the rain......upside down......with gear selector removed........ it needs a sunroof to erm let the water drain out shall we say lol. its collected a nice puddle on the roof lining, no biggie. theres naff all else left in the car anyways haha.
