yeah i got a cheap gasket from local autoparts place but i might have to go and get a honda one...

so if its a vac leak bud why is the revs not searching( rising and dipping)... as i had a vac leak on the d series and the revs were all over the place shrug.gif1

it all depends on where the vac leak is mate to how the revs will react ?

if its a big leak ie. a pipe off then it would be a steady stream of extra air entering the chamber leading to a leaner mixture

of fuel to air . so realy it wouldnt fluctuate it would just raise the idle rpm and generate extra heat to the engine .

you can check for a vac leak easily by starting the engine allow for choke to drop then spray around pipes gaskets and censors with wd40 or equivelant

and listen for a change in the sound of the engine ?

if the revs drop or raise then you have found a leak ..

mite be worth a try mate :)

ive ordered new vac from inlet to brake cylinder' rocker cover to intake pipe and the tiny iab pipe should all be here soon....

but reall cant test anything until i get a decat fitted as the exhaust system is lying in bits but i will keep all this in mind when all refitted ;)
