WilkesyMB6
Once you start walking in a week or so, you will be able to do it without thinking about it. I was like that when i first started walking to work, now i get the tunes on and the next thing i know im almost there

I was like that when i first started walking to work, now i get the tunes on and the next thing i know im almost there Yeah, I started off on the days I'm at the QMC, walking from the Park & Ride to the hospital and back, built it up from doing the afternoons but now have been going both ways for a few weeks now! I did my maiden walk from home to City this morning, took me an hour exactly! Quite enjoyed it but can tell I need to get used to it, think I'll cheat a lift home this afternoon and do it in the morning again until I get used to it! One thing I do need to do is sort out some tunes on my phone or pinch an MP3 player!
