NIKH25 Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 As for the engine - all the Honda concerto's had the Honda engine, it was on the Rover 214 and 216's that they had either a Rover K series or the Honda Engine. Obviously stay away from any vehicle that has the K series !!!!! Right, I thought the concerto 1.6 and the 216/416 all had rover k's in them and the 214 and 1.4 and 1.5 concertos all had Honda d's. snakey135 Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Yeah Paul is right in what he's saying. My uncle races a lot of 214/6's and concertos... Concertos he doesn't worry about but with the rovers he always makes sure they have the honda engine as the rover engine is prone to overheating and blowing gaskets etc!
