Short shift

Has anybody done a short shift gear stick swap if so how hard is it to do?

Easy. Really is self explanatory when you start doing it.

One bolt in bottom of shifter. Two under the car that hold a rubber bush in place.

Drop that down.

You have to pop up the gaitor in side. And lift a rubber boot up so you can drop shifter under car.

Then Two bolts hold the shifter into the shift linkage stabiliser. Take that apart, and replace with the short shifter and a bit of lithium grease.

Reassemble in reverse.

Hardest part is getting car high enough to make it easily accessible.
