doing wiper arms as we speak, the chrome is a pain as I need to remove the huge piece of plastic inside the tailgate, I remove the bolts but the little fecker won't move.

 

You can't remove the plastic inside the tailgate? Needs a jolly good tug, it feels like you might break it but you won't, at least you shouldn't.

 

Re: the fuel filter, you really should use new washers, they are compression washers like the one on the sump plug, to avoid leaks, I'm assuming you got it from Euro car pratts.

 

I've said this many times but it really is worth sending a pm to John Banks Honda on here some OEM parts are not much more than pattern parts and will last much longer.
